There are many benefits of foam rolling, such as increasing range of motion and mobility, alleviating soreness, preventing injury, and improving posture; all which will improve your athletes performance, and help keep them healthy throughout the competition season, and off season.

Injury prevention exercises are just that- simple exercises that require minimal equipment and reps to help prevent common injuries in athletes in this sport. I have seen great improvement in mobility and less injury in my athletes throughout the years of using these exercises. Turn their downtime between turns into something productive!

Part 1: review how to foam roll each area of the body, how long you should foam roll, and when to foam roll.

Part 2: review simple injury prevention exercises that athletes can perform between turns, in between events, and before/after workout
